The board of the Flagstaff Downtown Business Improvement and Revitalization District will meet on the second Tuesday of each quarter (Jan, Apr, Jul, and Oct) at 10:00 a.m. in the Second Floor Staff Conference Room at City Hall, 211 W. Aspen unless otherwise noticed.
To reduce the spread of COVID-19 and protect the safety of district members and the public, in person attendance at the district meeting has been suspended until further notice.
The public and the board members may access the online meeting via Zoom Video as indicated on the posted agenda.
Meetings of the Board of Directors of the Downtown Flagstaff Business Improvement and Revitalization District are governed by the Arizona Revised Statutes §38-431 (commonly referred to as the Open Meeting Law).
