Start making your weekend plans! There is so much going on in downtown Flagstaff the weekend of May 6th-8th! We hope to see you downtown for all of the fun festivities, celebrations, and events!

 

May First Friday ArtWalk

Join us in historic downtown Flagstaff from 5pm-9pm on May 6th for the First Friday ArtWalk. There will be special art exhibitions, performances, live music, treats and much, much more. Many downtown businesses remain open after 9 pm as the ArtWalk celebrations continue.

There are over 25 downtown businesses participating this month that are showcasing new art, food & drink specials, PLUS live music from local band Flag 5 at Heritage Square from 6:00pm-8:30pm!

Mountain Sports Flagstaff

Head to Mountain Sports and pay $5 for chance to WIN a Jay McCormick Hand Stamped Silver Bracelet!

Purchase tickets online and in store through Friday, May 6th. Drawing will be held in store Saturday, May 7th at 5pm (need not be present to win) and if winner doesn't live locally we will ship for free.

This iconic stamped silver bracelet retails for $675. Jay has been making this concha bracelet in the mountains of Flagstaff for over 30 years.

 

Dinner at Foret 

Foret has a new Dinner Concept! Their Pasta Bar debuts Friday, May 6th and Saturday, May 7th from 5pm-9pm! They will have a limited menu with starters and salads, pasta and dessert. Wine, Beer and Cocktails will be available as well. Reservations are encouraged, but they are leaving a small amount of space on both nights for walk-ins!

 

Dark Sky Brewering Co Beer Garden and Atmosphere Kitchen

The Dark Sky team has been busy with a complete overhaul of their new space on the corner of Birch and Beaver, including a new kitchen, taproom, rentable spaces for private events, and a large outdoor beer garden! Their original DSB Beaver Street taproom & Pizzicletta kitchen will remain the same.

On Saturday, May 7th, celebrate Dark Sky Brewing Co’s 7 year anniversary and the GRAND OPENING of the DSB Beer Garden and new restaurant Atmosphere Kitchen! Chef Joe Rogers will be cooking up teasers from his new menu; there will be live music, guest brews, ciders, and wines, and lots of fun! 

Limited VIP tickets are still on sale at DSB-Gear.com, and general admission is on sale NOW for $45 plus DD tickets on sale for $10, which covers admission only (21+) and allows for separate purchase of beverages at the bar but no beer samples or tokens.

 

Hops on Birch 10 Year Anniversary!

Hops on Birch is celebrating their 10 year anniversary May 7th & 8th! Stop by to try the wide variety of beers they have from breweries around the country, special merch for sale, and an extended patio with live music! 

 

Train Day

Looking for a family friendly activity this weekend? Roll on down to the Flagstaff Visitor Center in the Historic Train Station for Train Day fun! From 10:00am - 2:00pm there will be raffles, kids activities, model train displays, live music, and more!

 

NAU Graduation

Congratulations to all of the NAU graduates! Spring 2022 Commencement is scheduled for May 6 and 7, 2022.
