Our Downtown Ambassadors are a big part of what makes downtown feel welcoming and vibrant. You'll find them out and about every day, keeping the area clean, but just as importantly, connecting with people. They offer directions, answer questions, and share what's happening around town.
Maybe they're greeting visitors at Heritage Square, helping a family track down a great place to eat, or chatting with students and tourists about upcoming events. Whatever it is, they're always ready to help. It's that mix of care, presence, and local knowledge that helps downtown feel safe, friendly, and full of community spirit.
