First Friday & ArtWalk "All Month Long"

Exciting news! The Flagstaff Downtown Business Alliance has partnered with the Flagstaff Arts Council to resume and grow First Friday and ArtWalk FLG! There will be a soft launch and resumption of ArtWalk FLG this Friday, October 2nd from 5pm-9pm. There are several galleries and businesses that are participating - all in a way that follows enhanced CDC guidelines. But this is just the beginning! With enhanced public health in mind, ArtWalkFLG will be transitioning to ArtWalk "All Month Long" starting this month. Flagstaff Shakespeare Festival 
Are you a fan of theatre? Then this event is perfect for you! Join the Flagstaff Shakespeare Festival on October 10th & 11th at the Historic Pioneer Museum for an autumn afternoon walking tour through Shakespeare vignettes. There will be music, Shakespeareian theatre, and more! 

The Artist’s Gallery
Make sure you check out The Artist’s Gallery on First Friday! See the magic in person. Kathi Baron will be doing a live painting demonstration in The Artist’s Gallery’s window! The gallery will also be open for regular art viewings! The live painting demonstration will take place on Friday, October 2nd, don’t miss out on the painting fun!

West of the Moon
Another stop to add to your list of must visits is West of the Moon! Dave Rentz is back for his 17th annual October show. Dave is Clarkdale’s notorious dot artist and he will be showing off his latest recycled creations. Make sure you stop in and support this local artist!

The HeArt Box
You don’t wanna miss the chance to check out this unique small series of art. Melanie Nicole will be displaying her series that explores the transition into adulthood and the long journey one takes towards self-love, confidence, and acceptance. Come along for this important journey and appreciate some art along the way! 
 

Arizona Handmade Gallery
We hope you enjoy handmade glass art because that is how Arizona Handmade Gallery is going to kick off First Friday and “ArtWalk All Month Long.” George Aberbeck will be making handmade, glass blown pumpkins all month that are sure to get you into the spooky spirit! Arizona Handmade Gallery will be selling these cute pumpkins and other Halloween art, make sure you check them out!

The Artspace Collaborative Studio & Gallery
Every Saturday in October The Artspace Collaborative Studio & Gallery will be offering members access to the general public to share their art. This will give you the unique chance to see local art that you normally don’t see without a membership. You can stop in each Saturday in October 10am - 2pm or you can make an appointment. Don’t miss out on this unique opportunity to appreciate local artists!

Bright Side Bookshop
Head down to Bright Side Bookshop all October long to get your own Hapi the Hug Bear! Julia McCullough will be featured all month with prints and stickers of the Hug Bear. This is an awesome opportunity to support a local artist and add Hapi to Hug Bear to your favorite sticker location!

Mountain Sports Flagstaff
Don’t wanna miss the debut collection from Studio Pastiche? Make sure you stop into Mountain Sports Flagstaff on First Friday and all month long! Sampa will be showcasing artisan made handbags, ponchos, pillows, and throws that were all designed in Flagstaff. Will be available on First Friday & all month long!
