Arizona Beer Week is here!! From February 17th to February 27th we will be celebrating Arizona beers and breweries in Downtown Flagstaff. Your favorite local breweries are gearing up for an awesome week and have so many amazing things to offer. It's not just the breweries getting in on the action this year. Downtown will be lively with events all week! From Hops on Birch to Historic Brewing, Downtown is going to be hoppy with beer week fun.

 

Historic Barrel + Bottle House 

Historic Brewing Company has events at their Downtown Barrel + Bottle House and their Eastside Brewery. SIgn up for a brewery tour February 16th, 17th, 23rd, and 24th for a behind-the-scenes look at their brewing process and a 5 beer flight tasting! At the downtown location they'll be offering specials including $2 off a six beer flight, $6 pints of AZ beer, and guest taps from local AZ breweries. On the 17th, Historic will be hosting a release party for the Flag 9 Collaboration Pale Ale. Historic will be capping off beer week with a party at their east side location. Their sister company, Frontier Family Fun will be serving their delicious BBQ from 3-7pm. Enjoy live music by Miss Sosha from 4-7pm and the beers will be flowing from 16 taps, including the Flag 9 collaboration Pale Ale.

 

Flagstaff Brewing Company

Kick back on Flagstaff Brewing Company's patio and watch the trains rolls by. They will be offering all the beers you know and love as well as some suggested food pairings from their classic American bistro menu. 

 

Beaver Street Brewery

Beaver Street Brewery  is celebrating AZ Beer Week with lots of fun and specials! They are hosting a Beer Week Raffle with proceeds benefitting High Country Humane Society. Tickets are 1 for $1 or 6 for $5 and the grand prize is the ultimate beer basket which includes a membership to the BS Brew Club, growler fills, BS merch and more! They will be serving up a 3 beer burger and R&R Oatmeal Stout floats. Thursday, 2/24 is Keep the Pint night!

 

Brews and Cues

Get ready to break out your beer knowledge - Wednesday 2/23 at Brews & Cues there will be beer-themed trivia starting at 6:30p and Thursday night is movie night! Hang out, have a pint, and watch "Beerfest" starting at 8:00p.

 

Lumberyard Brewing 

Lumberyard Brewing Co. is getting creative with their flights for beer week this year. They kick off the week with a beer and whiskey flight night, their alcohol experts will be curating flights that are sure to broaden your taste buds. On Tuesday 2/22 they will be hosting a Keep the Pint Night: with any beverage purchase, keep the pint glass for one dollar! 

 

Dark Sky Brewing 

Dark Sky Brewing is going all out for beer week this year! They hit the ground running with two exciting collaborations. The first is with Wiley Roots Brewing out of Greely, CO. This is the fourth rendition of ‘Shake Shack’, a milkshake IPA brewed with lactose and vanilla, and this year’s version is Mango Whip with notes of mango and coconut! The second collaboration is a triple west coast IPA with Flying Basset Brewing Company in Gilbert, AZ. Get ready for bright hop flavors and a crisp, clear finish. Along with the collaborations, they have 5 new barrel releases and 7 new cellar sour releases. The taproom at Dark Sky Brewing Company will be offering curated flight boards with their barrel and cellar releases!

 

Hops on Birch

Hang out at Hops on Birch, bring your pup, throw some darts, and enjoy their wide variety of beer - including some special tap takeovers from both Wanderlust Brewing Co. and Dark Sky Brewing Co.

 

Mountain Top Taproom

Mountain Top Taproom is the place to be for beer lovers! With wall-to-wall taps it is a must-stop on our beer week list. On Saturday 2/25 they'll be serving up the south on a plate with Eddies Casual Cajun Kookin from 4:00p to 6:00p and will be featuring Mother Road Brewery for the event.

 

Pay ‘N Take

Pay ‘N Take is a haven for your indecisive beer lover. They kick off the week by tapping beers from five breweries as well as the Flag 9 Collab Pale Ale. They only have one keg of the “Flag 9” so make sure you're not last in line! Starting Friday 2/18, every local beer you buy enters you into a raffle to win a goodie basket full of stickers, apparel, gift certificates and other fun items from local breweries and Pay N Take. The raffle winner will be announced on the 28th! Pay N Take will be hosting an industry meet and greet on the 22nd that will give beer makers and beer lovers a chance to mingle, joke, and talk beer.
