Start your weekend with intention - and some tail wags! Join us for Downdog & Dogs, a special outdoor yoga fundraiser in the heart of Downtown Flagstaff.

📍 County Courthouse Lawn, Downtown Flagstaff

Enjoy a feel-good morning of gentle movement and giving back, all while surrounded by adoptable dogs and fellow animal lovers. This unique event supports the lifesaving work of High Country Humane and Coconino Humane Association.

What to Expect:

  • A 45-minute gentle, all-levels yoga class led by Katie of Paws + Breathe
  • A chance to meet adorable adoptable dogs
  • Raffle prizes from beloved Flagstaff businesses
  • Light refreshments to enjoy post-flow
