Whether you’re bouldering at Priest Draw, sport climbing at The Pit, or training at the gym, your body takes a beating. Tight forearms, "climber's slouch" (rounded shoulders), and locked-up hips can limit your reach and increase your risk of injury.
Join us at Northern Arizona Yoga Center for a class specifically designed for the Flagstaff climbing community. This isn't about being "flexible"—it’s about functional recovery.
What we focus on:
Shoulder Mobility: Opening the chest to counteract the "climber's hunch."
Hip Flexibility: Improving high-step reach and mantle stability.
Grip & Forearm Release: Targeted stretches for those overworked tendons.
