Buying a home can be overwhelming, especially for first-time buyers navigating a complex process and expensive environment. This free educational session is designed to equip first-time Flagstaff homebuyers with the knowledge and resources to pursue homeownership confidently. Attendees will receive clear guidance on available financial assistance, the homebuying process, and how to prepare financially.

Overview of how to access $50,000 in CHAP assistance, a payment-deferred loan to be used for down payment and closing cost assistance for eligible first-time Flagstaff homebuyers
A step-by-step explanation of the homebuying process
A Q&A panel with local housing professionals

This event is hosted by the City of Flagstaff Housing Office in partnership with Housing Solutions of Northern Arizona and the Northern Arizona Association of REALTORS®. This is a free, non-sales event focused on homebuyer education and empowerment.
