The Four Faces of Love is a 6-week mindfulness meditation course designed to help you bring the peace and clarity you may feel in yoga practice into your everyday world—at work, at home, in relationships, and in stressful moments.

Each week includes guided meditation, simple reflection prompts, and supportive group discussion in a warm, welcoming environment. You’ll learn practical meditation tools you can use anywhere, even if you’re brand new to meditation.

This series is inspired by traditional Buddhist loving-kindness teachings and yogic philosophy, and explores four powerful qualities that help us meet life with more balance and heart:
