A bit more about the artist, from the artist herself...
Hello! My name is Isabel. I am the creator of all Sterling Pines Jewelry, crafted out of the depths of the largest ponderosa pine forest in the world! My art mediums are sterling silver and all sorts of beautiful stones, although turquoise has a special place in my heart.
I have always been of the crafty sort and I started making jewelry in 2016 when my husband showed me how to quickly wrap a stone with copper wire. After that I obsessed over wire-wrapping and I perfected my skills with the help of books and videos. I made pieces for friends and family for a while.
Soon after I was enchanted by the silversmithing techniques. The precursor of this was again my husband -Thank you, Nik! He showed me the basics of using solder and fire to make the magic happen. I have been perfecting this art ever since and I cherish every minute I spend on my work bench crafting every single piece with much love and care. I strive to make unique and comfortable jewelry for all.
