Celebrate the arrival of Spring with the Atmosphere Kitchen's three-course dinner. Bring a friend, a date, or the whole crew and enjoy a seasonal menu crafted to pair perfectly with our beers.
Each course includes a 10oz pour of a chef-selected beer pairing:
1st Course: asparagus bisque with smoked mushroom, creme fraiche, & crispy potato
includes a 10oz beer pairing
2nd Course: Ricotta cavatelli with smoked lamb rib, spring pea pesto, parmesan, lemon & toasted sunflower seed, includes a 10oz beer pairing
3rd Course: Seared flatiron steak with shrimp scampi, braised radish, charred broccoli, lemon garlic butter & fried scallion includes a 10oz beer pairing
