Wanna see the best climbing, comedy, comeback film with a conservation twist. John "Verm" Sherman is Old Man Lighting. Local Flagstaff filmmaker, Dawn Kish, just finished this crazy film along with her crew that only took 10 years to produce, but hey, stubborn is our middle name.
Join us for the Arizona premiere at the Orpheum Theatre, Downtown Flagstaff, November 16th 2025 AT 5PM door/6PM film.
There will be a Q and A from the legend himself, John “Verm” Sherman, Dawn Kish – director, Ryan Whited – trainer and special guest Jake Bacon – narrator.
Presented by Flagstaff Mountain Film Festival and support by the American Alpine Club, Flagstaff Climbing, Kahtoola, Paragon Athletics and Squirrel Nut Butter. Proceeds will support the Peregrine Fund to raise awareness and money for the endangered Condor.
