Monday, 6/23: The Wild Robot
"The Wild Robot" tells the story of ROZZUM unit 7134, or Roz, a robot who is washed ashore on a remote island and must adapt to survive among the local wildlife. She learns to befriend and care for the animals, including an orphaned baby goose, and discovers the importance of kindness and connection in her new environment.
🐻💚The theme this year is 'Animals Everywhere!' where we'll explore the ideas of animal advocacy, environmental issues, and conservation in our community and how themes from the movie apply to our area and how we can help. We'll have different local organizations to speak on this issues presented in the films and offer exciting activities for the whole family! More on that to come soon!
