World-renowned artist, Joe Sorren, will be painting live during ArtWalk!
Most Flagstaff locals know Joe from the beloved mural he painted on the side of the Old Town Shops, The Veridic Gardens of Effie LeRoux. Born in Chicago, Joe grew up in Flagstaff and earned his BFA from Northern Arizona University. From there he has lived and shown around the world, had his work featured in publications like the New Yorker, Time, and Rolling Stone, and has become a leader of the American Pop-Surrealism movement.
Joe returned to live and create in our beautiful mountain town. He currently has a studio in downtown Flagstaff, but on June 7th he'll be at AZ Handmade Gallery for ArtWalk! He'll also be releasing four new prints, two of which are from his March 2024 exhibition at Dorothy Circus Gallery in London.
