Looking for a fun, freeing way to move your body and shake off stress?
Join us every 1st & 3rd Sunday for Ecstatic Dance at Northern Arizona Yoga Center, located in the Southside of Downtown Flagstaff. This beginner-friendly, substance-free dance experience is all about movement, music, and self-expression—no choreography, no pressure, no judgment.
Come as you are and move however your body wants to move.
What to Expect:
A welcoming, judgment-free space
A sober and substance-free environment
Silence on the dance floor (no talking during the dance)
A guided DJ-style sound journey designed to support flow, release, and presence
No steps to learn — just you, the music, and your body
