Bright Side Bookshop invites you to join Joey Hartstone in celebrating the launch of his newest novel THE LOCAL: A LEGAL THRILLER with a special in-person event on Sunday, June 19 at 6:00 pm AZT / PT.

RSVP is required for this two-tiered ticketed event. Customers who purchase a ticket and pre-order a copy of THE LOCAL will be able to attend a 5:00 pm Meet & Greet with Joey Hartstone at Bright Side Bookshop. All other ticket holders will be admitted free entry at 6:00 pm for the reading and book signing.

Joey Hartstone is a film and television writer originally from Flagstaff, AZ. He has written two feature films, LBJ (2016) and Shock and Awe (2017), which were both directed by Rob Reiner. He wrote on the first two seasons of the legal drama The Good Fight. He is currently a writer on the Showtime series Your Honor. Joey lives in Los Angeles with his family.

The Local: A Legal Thriller is Joey's first novel.
